Order status progression is as follows.
| Status | Explanation |
| Pending Payment | Your order has been received, but is waiting on payment before proceeding |
| Paid In Que | Your order has been placed in the work que |
| Processing | We have started work on your order |
| Finishing | Finishing services are being completed (lamination, stapling, hole punch, trimming, etc.) |
| Ready For Pickup | Your order is ready for pickup or shipping. You will be contacted at this point. |
| Completed | Your order is complete! It has been picked up, delivered, or shipped and will receive no more updates. |
Your order may be placed in one of the below statuses as well.
| Status | Explanation |
| On Hold | There was a problem with processing your order. You will receive an e-mail or call with details on how to fix the problem and get your order back into que. |
| Refunded | Your order has been refunded |
| Canceled | Your order has been canceled. |
