Welcome to the Polychrome Studios Affiliate Referral Program!
By signing up for this program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please review them carefully before registering. The registration form is located below the terms and conditions.
1. Affiliate Active Status
To maintain an active affiliate status, you must meet one of the following each month:
- Have at least one new referral order per month, OR
- Spend at least $100 per month on purchases from Polychrome Studios.
Affiliate status is reviewed on the first of each month. If you do not meet the above criteria, your affiliate coupon code will be deactivated until you qualify again.
For example, if your coupon is deactivated on May 1 and a new referral order is placed on May 12, your coupon will be reactivated once that referral order is completed.
2. Coupon Code Usage
- Affiliate coupons are assigned to your account and can only be used by you.
- Referral coupons are one-time use and can only be redeemed by a new customer (someone who has never placed an order with us before).
- Coupon codes for both referrals and affiliates may be subject to certain limitations, including restrictions on specific products, services, or promotions.
3. Account Evaluation & Termination
Affiliate accounts are subject to regular evaluation and are considered at-will, meaning they can be terminated at any time at Polychrome Studios’ discretion.
4. Commission Policy (If Activated)
- If commission is activated, it will be store credit only, redeemable exclusively at Polychrome Studios.
- Commission is not transferable and has no cash value.
- If your affiliate account is terminated, any remaining commission balance will be forfeited.
By participating in the Polychrome Studios Affiliate Referral Program, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update or modify this program at any time.
