Intellectual Property Policy

At Polychrome Studios, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our customers to do the same. By submitting artwork for printing, you affirm that you either own the rights to the submitted design or have obtained the necessary licenses and permissions for its use.

Polychrome Studios is not liable for any trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property infringement resulting from artwork provided by the customer. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your submitted artwork does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.

If a dispute, claim, or legal action arises due to the use of unlicensed or infringing artwork, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Polychrome Studios, its owners, and employees from any resulting damages, losses, or legal costs.

While we reserve the right to reject any order we believe may infringe on intellectual property protections, we are not obligated to screen or verify artwork submissions.

Canva & Design Files

Canva and other web based design tools intended for social media and home printing is not a professional print design tool. We reserve the right to reject Canva created files or another files that do not meet the parameters required for quality printing or require redesign of such files at the client’s expense. We highly suggest clients use a professional designer to achieve professional results. Under no circumstance are we liable for the quality of prints made from Canva or similar design program files. No free reprints of incorrectly designed files will be given FOR ANY REASON.

Sales & Production

All custom orders will be held in que until the full balance is paid. After the balance is paid, your order will be sent to design and pre-production to prepare for final proofing. You will be contacted for a final proofing of your project where any changes can be made to design, quantity, media or to cancel the order before it is sent into production. After this proof window your order cannot be canceled or changed in anyway. Should you choose to exempt your order from final proofing, it will pass from design to production immediately, and will not be eligible for alteration or cancelation.

Order Cancelation

If for some reason you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible.

Any custom order that is canceled after reaching the proofing stage will be charged a fee of up to 25% of the order total to cover the costs of design and production prep. This fee will be based on how far into the process your order has progressed.

Unused, non-customized products are eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt. This includes items such as

  • Frames
  • Sublimation Blanks still in original package with no modification or damage

All sales of custom and digital products are final and not eligible for refund, or exchange. All custom products are made to order and undergo a thorough design and quality control process, including proofing that allows changes or cancelation of the order before it is printed, to ensure your satisfaction.

Services such as design, photoshoots, and installations are not eligible for refund.
