Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and motivated Personal Assistant to support two dynamic local businesses: Polychrome Studios, a print shop, and Frosty Fins, a food truck and catering business. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking skills and a passion for providing outstanding service. This role involves assisting with day-to-day operations, sales, advertising, customer service, and various tasks specific to each business.

Key Responsibilities:

Polychrome Studios (Print Shop)

• Assist with printing and processing orders using a variety of printing and finishing equipment (e.g., cutting, binding, laminating).
• Help manage daily operations, including organizing and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Support sales efforts by promoting services to local businesses and individuals.
• Assist with social media and advertising campaigns to expand customer reach.

Frosty Fins (Food Truck & Catering)

• Assist with setup and takedown of the food truck and equipment at events.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service during events and catering gigs.
• Help with light food prep work, adhering to food safety standards.
• Contribute to advertising efforts, including social media content creation and local outreach.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to travel between business locations and events. For Frosty Fins events, there is the option to ride with us and the trailer.
• Willingness to obtain a food handler’s certification (cost reimbursed if needed).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively across both businesses.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency with social media platforms for advertising purposes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, including standing for extended periods and occasional lifting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or food service is a plus.
• Familiarity with printing or graphic design equipment/software is a plus.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
• Tips earned during Frosty Fins events.
• Sales commission for meeting or exceeding sales goals at Polychrome Studios.
